What is included in the intake

Work title, service lane, work count, release status, target timing, split and identifier readiness, notes, contact information, and the estimate shown at submission.

Payment and cancellation

Tier 1 and hourly consulting are quoted for upfront payment after approval. Rush Tier 1 requests add 50% for an expedited 48-hour request. A request is not a signed agreement; cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the final scope and agreement before payment.
